"The birthday of Dennis Brown, the Crown Prince of Reggae, is 1 February and that of the King of Reggae, Honourable Bob Marley, is on 6 February. The Jamaican Kittitian (JamKit) Association has been doing an annual tribute to these two (2) reggae icons for some years now.
Over the past three (3) years the Tribute has been executed in collaboration with Island Xpressions. This year the JamKit Association will collaborate with Romeo Parris, CEO of Kactus Entertainment, operators of Club Kactus, who first started the annual Tribute several years ago and than allowed the JamKit Association to host the Event in recent years. The Tribute in music, song, spoken word, drumming, dancing, etc will be held on Saturday, 8 February 2014 starting at 7.00pm and will be held at Club Kactus.
